Job Summary

What You Will Do

Support classroom procedures and student behavior to maintain a safe, engaging learning environment
Assist with planning and delivering lessons aligned to California State Standards and Aspire Instructional Guidelines
Support student assessments and assist with data analysis
Collaborate with teachers and staff to strengthen instructional practices
Communicate regularly with students and families regarding classroom activities and student progress
Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, in accordance with Aspire procedures
Support individual student needs in collaboration with teachers, staff, and service providers
Assist with differentiated instruction, including small-group, one-on-one, and parallel teaching
Support after-school programs, including intervention and enrichment
Promote a school-wide culture of high expectations and college readiness
Teach or co-teach Advisory classes focused on student character and habits
Uphold Aspire Public Schools’ mission, values, policies, and code of ethics
