Job Summary
The Maintenance Worker supports the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the Village Christian School campus. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Facilities, this position performs general building repairs, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and assigned work orders. The Maintenance Worker also assists with campus events and other Facilities projects as needed.
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

Successful candidates should have:
Previous facilities, building maintenance, construction, or related trade experience
Working knowledge of general building repairs and maintenance practices
Experience safely operating hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other maintenance equipment
The ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently within their demonstrated skill level
The ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a team
Dependability, attention to detail, and flexibility in responding to changing campus needs
