Boeing Distribution Inc (BDI) has an opening for Entry Level Hose Assembler Technician. As an Hose Assembler Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of critical aircraft components. Working within a certified FAA Repair Station, you will ensure that all hose assemblies meet the highest standards of airworthiness and safety before being returned to service. This role requires a high degree of precision, mechanical aptitude, and strict adherence to technical data.
Position Responsibilities:
- Disassemble and assemble complex hose assembler. Perform industrial cleaning and grit blasting to prepare parts for inspection.
- Perform repairs, modifications, and overhauls on hose assemblies accordance with Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs), and all approved technical documents and drawings
- Conduct functional and pressure testing to verify hydraulic integrity and leak-free operation.
- Accurately complete all maintenance records, work orders, and FAA-required documentation. Ensure all work aligns with the Repair Station Manual (RSM) and Quality Control Manual (QCM). …
