Qualification: Must have a valid Commercial Driver’s License; Medical Examination Card; Valid California Special Driver Certificate with PS Endorsement.
The district will provide a one-time signing bonus of $5,000 for new School Bus Drivers hired between 7/1/2026 -6/30/2027.
To be eligible, a new employee must have a School Bus Certificate and a Commercial Driver's License with Airbrake and Passenger Endorsement. The signing bonus will be paid in two installments. The first installment of $2,500 shall be paid after one (1) year of service in a school bus driver position. The second installment of $2,500 shall be paid after two (2) years of service in a School Bus Driver position.
Selection Procedure:
Individuals interested in employment are asked to describe any training, education, experience, or skills relevant to this position. The process will begin with the competitive screening of qualified applicants. Qualified applicants will be invited to participate in an oral examination process.
