Instructional Aide – Science, Coding & Robotics

Job Summary

We are looking for Instructional Aides, Substitute Teachers, and other child focused educators we can train to become Science, Coding & Robotics Specialists, who will teach their own classes.

This is a unique growth opportunity.
You will be assigned to shadow and team-teach alongside one of our experienced teachers for an entire school year.

You will also be assigned at least one day each week that you will teach independently, applying what you’ve learned in your team-teaching classes and developing the confidence and strategies you will use in your second year. Detailed curriculum guides will be provided.

You will step into traditional K–6 classrooms to lead engaging lessons such as:

• Hands-on science labs for grades 3–5
• Animated storytelling with 1st grade
• Team based robotics challenges for 2nd and 3rd
• Video game programming with 4th–5th

No science or coding background is required - just curiosity, a desire to learn and grow, reliability, and a genuine love for working with children. We will provide full training, curriculum, and ongoing support.
