Requirements / Qualifications
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
- Three years of experience cooking and baking from scratch, menu planning, food procurement or similar
experiences, preferably in a school or institutional setting.
- One year of Supervisory level experience in a large-scale food service production kitchen
Requirements:
- Valid Serv-Safe Manager Certificate or equivalent
- Valid California Class C Driver's License
- DMV Printout with driving record within the last 3 months
- Responsible for maintaining annual job specific education/training that comply with the USDA mandated
