Monday & Wednesday: 6:00 am - 5:00 pm (Highpointe), Tuesday: 6:00 am - 7:00 pm (Waukesha), Thursday: 7:30 am - 12:30 pm (Highpointe) with Fridays off. Position is responsible for completing MA duties for Dr. David Crosby's Nurse Practitioners, as well as Dr. Crosby himself when needed.

Actual compensation offered in the Pay Range of $22..10 – $33.10 for an MA or $23.20 – $34.80 for an LPN and will be based on factors such as qualifications, skills, relevant experience and/or training and internal equity. To accompany base pay we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
- 401(k) company contributions: 3% of your eligible annual salary AND 401(k) employer match: dollar for dollar up to 3%

Major Responsibilities:
Prepares and rooms the patient for exam by obtaining vital signs and gathering/documenting/updating pertinent health information (i.e. chief complaint, allergies, and/or medications).
