Sterile Processing Technician (SPD) Lead

• 1.0 FTE(40 hours per week)
• Position hours will be 12:30pm-9:00pm Monday -Friday.
• SPD experience; please see position requirements for certifications
• Position will require strong attention to detail and will be involved in tasks such as/not limited:
• Ordering all instruments for the Main, east and occasional Kaukauna sites.
• Build and update tray list in computer program, SPM
• Log instruments ordered and that came in, in spreadsheets
• request new instruments in ordering system
• Send out repair instruments
• Log repair instruments in spreadsheet
• Work with vendors and coordinators for quotes

Major Responsibilities:

• Acts as a resource to employees, which includes training/orienting, providing day-to-day work direction, and giving input on performance. Assigns, monitors, and reviews progress and accuracy of work, directs efforts and provides guidance on more complex issues.
