Job Summary
Willits Charter School is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Maintenance & Groundskeeper to support the safety, functionality, and general upkeep of our school facilities and grounds. This is a 0.5 FTE classified position, approximately 20 hours per week, with a flexible regular schedule.Work hours may vary during school breaks and summer break based on facility and maintenance needs. Some weeks may require reduced hours, while others may require additional hours for scheduled projects, deep maintenance, or preparation of facilities for the upcoming school year. Occasional schedule adjustments may also be requested for urgent facility needs.
The Maintenance & Groundskeeper works under the direction of the Facilities Manager and Site Director and performs a variety of routine maintenance, groundskeeping, preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and facility-support duties.
